Bollywood choreographer Longinus Fernandes, who gained worldwide recognition thanks to the iconic anthem ‘Jai Ho’, worked with superstar Julia Roberts in her upcoming project ‘Eat Pray Love’ and he has only one word to describe the ‘Pretty Woman’, “down to earth”.

The choreographer who won a Filmfare Award in 2009 for the distinctive moves he lent to the superhit song ‘Pappu Can’t Dance’, says he has worked with many stars but never met someone as graceful as the ‘Notting Hill’ star.

“I was introduced to her and she told me that she was proud to be working with me as she had loved ‘Jai Ho’. That was the ultimate compliment I could have received. I have worked with many stars but I have never met a more graceful, down to earth person,” Longinus said.

The dancer who was in town for an event organised by the DAV institute of management, said that though Roberts does not have a dance sequence in the film, her very presence on the set made a difference.

“There is a scene where Julia is attending an Indian wedding and there is plenty of dancing. I choreographed the sequence. Julia is just an onlooker and does not dance but she has an amazing presence and can stand out even in a chaotic crowd,” said the choreographer.

The 41-year-old Academy winning actress had stayed in the the country for more than three weeks shooting in an Ashram, Pataudi Palace and Mirzapur villge in Haryana.

Roberts will play author Elizabeth Gilbert in the film directed by Ryan Murphy which is based on the international bestseller memoir, ‘Eat, Pray, Love’.
